"Andre has always been very helpful when I call with problems or questions. Recently my car insurance was canceled. I called Andre and was informed it was because I had not responded to a mailing State Farm sent me requesting information needed to renew my insurance. (I never received the mail) I gave Andre the information, he provided the information to State Farm, followed up and made sure my insurance was reinstated. He also kept me informed and let me know when the problem had been taken care of."
